Planet Hollywood in-house Irish beef burger with hickory-smoked bacon, Chef’s BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, (brioche bun included)
Serving suggestion: add lettuce, tomato slices and pickle
(Allergens: celery, gluten, eggs, milk, pork)
Make sure you wash your hands and work area before starting – ensure to use separate utensils for raw and cooked food.
Thaw burger patty and rest at room temperature for 1hr.
Press patty to desired thickness (1cm thick approx.)
Season with oil and rock salt.
Cook in a pan or on a grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium-well (never press on patty whilst cooking).
Cook the Stealth fries in a fryer with hot oil or bake them in a hot oven 230°C for 20 minutes.
Slightly butter each side of Brioche bun and slightly toast under the grill.
Grill the bacon on a hot grill until crispy or bake in the oven for 6 minutes on high temp 200°C.
Place patty on bun, add two tablespoons of Planet Hollywood BBQ sauce on the patty, add the sliced mature cheese and bacon on top of the patty, place the open burger in the oven for 1 minute in a temp of 200° to melt the cheese.
Suggestion: before serving add lettuce, sliced tomatoes and gherkin (optional).
