A full rack of tender baby back ribs smothered with one of the below sauces with Stealth Fries and coleslaw (Allergens: celery, milk, mustard, pork)
Tangy Sweet BBQ Sauce (SIGNATURE) (Allergens: celery, mustard)
Chipotle Pepper BBQ Sauce (Allergens: celery, mustard, soya, chilli)
Make sure you wash your hands and work area before starting – ensure to use separate utensils for raw and cooked food.
Place the marinated pork ribs on a baking tray and heat up ribs for 20 minutes on a temp of 170°C and finish off for 3 minutes on 220°C.
Heat up the sauces in a separate pan and pour over the pork ribs to finish.
Cook the Stealth fries in a fryer with hot oil or bake them in a hot oven 230°C.
Serve with coleslaw.
