  • 1 bag Chef’s signature prepared marinated chicken fillets
  • 1 pot Mexican City shredded cheese
  • 1 pot crushed guacamole
  • 1 Planet Hollywood stamped brioche bun
  • 1 bag Stealth fries
  • 1 Planet Hollywood flag
  • 1 Planet Hollywood napkin

LET'S GET COOKING!

1.
PREP

Make sure you wash your hands and work area before starting – ensure to use separate utensils for raw and cooked food.

Slightly butter each side of Brioche bun and slightly toast under the grill.

Cook the Stealth fries in a fryer with hot oil or bake them in a hot oven 230°C for 20 minutes.

COOK

Grill the ready marinated chicken fillets in a hot grill pan or in the oven on a temp of 200°C.

Coat both sides of the bun with Planet Hollywood signature sauce.

3.
PLATE

When chicken is ready place chicken on bun, add Mexican City cheese on top (open the bag of cheese a few minutes before using and crumble on chicken), place the open burger in the oven for 1 minute in a temp of 200°C to melt the cheese and top with crushed guacamole.

Suggestion: before serving add lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sliced onion.
