Planet Hollywood in-house Irish beef burger with double Guinness mature cheddar and grainy mustard mayo with caramelized onions (brioche bun included)
Serving suggestion: add lettuce and tomato slices
(Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk, sulphur dioxide)
Make sure you wash your hands and work area before starting – ensure to use separate utensils for raw and cooked food.
Thaw burger patty and rest at room temperature for 1hr.
Press patty to desired thickness (1cm thick approx.)
Season with oil and rock salt.
Cook in a pan or on a grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium-well (never press on patty whilst cooking).
Cook the Stealth fries in a fryer with hot oil or bake them in a hot oven 230°C for 20 minutes.
Slightly butter each side of Brioche bun and slightly toast under the grill.
Coat both sides of the bun with Planet Hollywood signature sauce.
Place patty on bun, add double Guinness cheese on patty (open bag of cheese a few minutes before using and crumble on patty), place the open burger in the oven for 1 minute in a temp of 200°C to melt the cheese and top with caramelized onions (room temperature).
Suggestion: before serving add lettuce, sliced tomatoes.
