Honey BBQ Slow Cooked Pulled Pork Burger

SO WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

  • 1 bag slow-cooked pulled pork shoulder (local Maltese pork) in
  • signature sauce
  • 1 pot shredded mature smoked cheddar
  • 1 pot crispy onions
  • 1 Planet Hollywood stamped brioche bun
  • 1 bag Stealth fries
  • 1 Planet Hollywood flag
  • 1 Planet Hollywood napkin

LET'S GET COOKING!

1.
PREP

Make sure you wash your hands and work area before starting – ensure to use separate utensils for raw and cooked food.

Slightly butter each side of Brioche bun and slightly toast under the grill.

Cook the Stealth fries in a fryer with hot oil or bake them in a hot oven 230°C for 20 minutes.

COOK

Heat the pulled pork in a pan and finish off with a knob of butter.

Place the pulled pork on the bun, add smoked cheese on top (open the bag of cheese a few minutes before using and crumble on pulled pork).

3.
PLATE

Place open burger in the oven for 1 minute in a temp of 200° to melt cheese and top with crispy onions. Serve with coleslaw.

Suggestion: before serving add lettuce, sliced tomatoes and chillies.
